## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  L4 DOOR EMERGENCY EVACUATION SLIDE LIGHT IS INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SLIDE LIGHT IAW AMM 33-51-06.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
