## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  AFT EMERGENCY CABIN PORTABLE MEGAPHONE FAILED TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED MEGAPHONE IAW AMM 23-34-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
