AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  R1 DOOR EMERGENCY EVACUATION SLIDE HAS AN EXPOSED SCREW.   TIGHTENED HINGE COVER QUICK RELEASE SCREW.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
