## Discrepancy

SLIDE COVER IS LOOSE ON THE R1 DOOR.  MAINTENANCE SECURRED THE SLIDE GIRT BAR LANYARD IAW AMM 25-62-00.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
