ECAM FUEL TANK TRANSFER FAULT, ZFW / ZFCG DISAGREE.. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.   REPLACED FUEL TRIM PIPE ISOLATION VALVE ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-27-53. ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
