AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN BY THE LOWER L1 DOOR IS NOT SECURED.  REFITTED AND SECURED SIGN IAW AMM 33-51-10-402-047.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
