THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. FA REPORTED FLASHLIGHT AT AFT TAIL CONE JUMPSEAT DOES NOT FLASH. REPLACED AFT FLASHLIGHT AND BATTERY. OPS TEST OK PER AMM 25-60-00.
