## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW REPORTED BOTH HIGH FREQUENCY RADIOS FAILED TO TRANSMIT, RECEPTION GOOD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPTAIN`S HAND MICROPHONE CABLE IAW AMM 23-11-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
