THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  FA REPORTED AFT FLASHLIGHT INOP.  CHECKED AND REPLACED AFT (FWD) BATTERY PACK FOR FLASHLIGHT PER AMM 25-60-00, AND OPS CKS NORMAL PER 25-60-00, INSTALLED NEW TAMPER STRAP.
