EMERGENCY DECLARED, AND DIVERTED DUE TO REPORTED SMOKE FROM FORWARD GALLEY OVEN.  LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 INBOARD OVEN IAW AMM 25-39-03.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
