L1 DOOR IS DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE.  CLEANED AND LUBRICATED HINGES AND FITTINGS IAW AMM 12-21-01.  OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 52-11-00.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
