## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  R4 DOOR EMERGENCY EVACUATION SLIDE BUSTLE IS LOOSE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LATCH ASSEMBLY PER AMM 52-11-24.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
