AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED, EMERGENCY DECLARED. RETURNED TO JFK. DURING CRUISE THE RIGHT ENGINE EPR INDICATION BLANKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE EPR TRANSMITTER IAW 77-11-01. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS NORMAL .
