AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. FIRST CLASS SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY AND CHARGER (AALA20170802004) IAW AMM 33-51-07. SYSTEM CHECKS GOOD.
