THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  FORWARD RIGHT GALLEY DOOR EXIT SIGN COVER, LEFT OF DOOR, CAME OFF.  REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT EXIT SIGN AT FWD RIGHT  GALLEY DOOR PER MM 33-51-01, CKS GOOD.
