## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  WHEEL NOT TURNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF.  REJECTED TAKEOFF AT 80 KNOTS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT OUTBOARD ANTI-SKID CONTROL VALVE (VAL3149) PER AMM 32-43-03.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
