## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  L1 DOOR EMERGENCY EVACUATION SLIDE FELL DOWN FROM BUSTLE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED SLIDE PACK PER AMM 25-66-01 AND CARD 25-94-10.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
