AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. FCU 1 & 2 FAULT, AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO PHX, AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT PHX. REPLACED FCU AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
