AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  FORWARD MEGAPHONE IS WEAK.  REMOVED AND REPLACED MEGAPHONE BATTERIES PER AMM 23-34-00.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
