FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED LAVATORY 3F-1RC SMOKE DETECTOR ALARM WAS SOUNDING.  CLEANED DUST FROM OUTSIDE SMOKE DETECTOR AND TESTED IAW AMM 26-13-00.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
