## Discrepancy

ODOR IN CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK DURING DESCENT.  FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AND COCKPIT CREW BOTH CONFIRMED A STRONG ODOR.   REPLACED THE STARTER CLUTCH SEAL.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
