AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  R1 DOOR WINDOW BOTTOM SEAL IS STICKING OUT 1/8.  REMOVED AND REPLACED R1 DOOR WINDOW PER AMM 56-341-01.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  (CLOSED)
