AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED.  JFK-ZRH FLIGHT RETURNED TO JFK ACCOUNT ALTIMETER SPLIT.  OVERWEIGHT LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS ANGLE-OF-ATTACK SENSOR PER AMM 34-12-03.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
