## Discrepancy

THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  F/O SEAT WILL NOT STAY LOCKED IN POSITION, SLID BACK ON TAKE OFF ROTATION.  REPLACED FIRST OFFICER SEAT IAW AMM 25-11-01.  CKD OK.
