CRACK IN LOWER SKIN OF LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AT HSS 147.90, SEVERAL INCHES AFT OF FRONT SPAR.  REPAIRED THE DOUBLER IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11.
