AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  FIRST OFFICER'S EXTERNAL SLIDING WINDOW EMERGENCY EXIT HANDLE IS OUT OF ADJUST, HAS EXCESSIVE PLAY.  ADJUSTED HANDLE TO FLUSH EXTERIOR PER AMM 56-12-11-820-801.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
