AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: L1 DOOR SLIDE HOUSING OPENED UPON DOOR OPENING. FA REPORTED SLIDE WAS DISARMED AND SLIDE DID NOT DEPLOY. REPLACED ENTRY DOOR SLIDE PER AMM 25-62-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
