UPPER CUSP WEB LEFT SIDE WAS CORRORED AT FORWARD GIRT BAR FITTING ATTACH POINT.  INSTALLED A DOUBLER AND SHIM IAW 53-20-00-16. THE ACFT WAS GROUNDED.
