AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. FORWARD EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT IS NOT CHARGING (LED DOES NOT FLASH). REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT BATTERY PER AMM 25-60-00. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
