CENTER WINDSHIELD HAS DELAMINATION AND CRACKED ALSO DARK AREAS IN DELAMINATED  BY ELECTRICAL CONNECTION.   AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  REPLACED CENTER WINDOW PER AMM 56-10-01.
