DURING PREFLIGHT,  FOUND THE OVERWING EMERGENCY  LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WITH EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT SWITCH IN OFF OR ARM. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-53-00.
