TAIL COMP EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS B5-27 AND B5-28 IAW AMM 33-53-00. TAIL CONE LIGHT CHECKED OK.
