## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHTS  DIM THEN INOPERATIVE.   REPLACED THE BATTERY PACKS ABOVE ROW 21, IAW AMM 33-60-98.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
