EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN CRACKED AT THE GALLEY DOOR FIRST CLASS.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE SIGN IAW MM 11-00-01, AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED
