## Discrepancy

CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING AT FL380. EMERGENCY WAS DELCARED AND DIVERTED.  AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED THE FLOW CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM 21-51-00.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
