## Discrepancy

FIRST OFFICER`S SLIDING SIDE WINDOW WAS CRACKED.  REPLACED THE SLIDING WINDOW IAW MCM CARD 56-94-02. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED OK.  AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
