## Discrepancy

AT APPROXIMATELYH 10,000 FT, THE TAIL COMP TEMP HIGH LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  LANDED NORMALLY.  THE AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.   REPLACED THE LEFT PNEUMATIC AUGMENTATION VALVEIAW AMM 36-10-01.
