## Discrepancy

AT APPROXIMATELYH 10,000FT,  TAIL COMP TEMP HIGH LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  LANDED NORMALLY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED THE DUCT ASSEMBELY IAW AMM 20-10-11.
