PASSENGER SMOKING IN LAVATORY LC, BUT THE SMOKE DETECTOR DID NOT ACTIVATE.  THE LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM TEST ACCOMPLISHED PER MM 26-13-00. ALL CORRECT INDICATIONS OCCURED.
