## Discrepancy

FORWARD GALLEY DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE DOOR WAS LOOSE AND THE GIRT BAR  HOLDER LOOSE.  ADJUSTED AND SECURED BOTH THE EVACUATION SLIDE DOOR AND THE GIRT BAR  HOLDER IAW AMM 25-62-00. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
