AFTER TAKEOFF AFT CARGO DOOR LIGHT CAME ON AND AIRCRAFT WAS NOT PRESSURIZED. ACCOMPLISHED ATBT WIRES CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. REPLACED NR 2 CONTROLLER IAW AMM 21-32-00, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
