PHL  FLT 715  EN-ROUTE VCE - PHL.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  VIDEO AT SEAT 22C INOP. PAX REPORTED SMELL AFTER UNIT SHUT DOWN.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED MONITOR IAW AMM 23-32-00. OPS CK OK.
