LIFE RAFT IN OVERHEAD BIN ABOVE SEAT 13DEF WAS COMING UNLACED.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED IAW AMM 25-66-41,  AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
