## Discrepancy

FOUND TRACK ASSEMBLY PLACARD AND HEADER SIGN AT THE L4 DOOR INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BATTERY UNIT WELS AND CONTROL IAW AMM 33-51-07 AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
