AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. THE FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD THERE IS CLEAR SMOOTH EDGE DELAMINATION WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE 2.0 IN LIMIT IN THE LOWER FORWARD CORNER RADIUS INTO THE CRITICAL VISION AREA. REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD.
