FLASHLIGHT UNDER THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMP SEAT DID NOT TEST,  NOT CHARGING.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED FLASHLIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 25-64-00, AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
