## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE ROWS 3 THROUGH 11.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED WELS BATTERY AT THE R2 DOOR IAW AMM 33-51-07 AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
