CONNECTOR CRACKED AND DETERIORATED UNDER NORMAL PRESSURE WHILE DISCONNECTING.  REPLACED THE CONNECTOR IAW STANDARD PRACTICES AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
