MAINTENANCE REPORTED THE RIGHT AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANTS FLASHLIGHT WOULD NOT TEST. RESEATED FLASHLIGHT AND REPLACED THE TAMPER SEAL IAW AMM 25-64-00. OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
