AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: MAINTENANCE REPORTS THE NR 3 MLG BRAKE DAMAGED DUE TO TIE BOLT FAILURE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 3 WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 32-41-11-400-006-A.
